2 mile warmup - 4 miles at 5:20ish (watch had us avg 5:10ish) 2 cooldown

2 mile warmup, extended strides, then 20x400 at 75. Probably avg. 74. Felt easy up to 17, then started feeling the fatigue. I think alternating ways would make the workout better.
