Think I caught the early stages of the sickness that has been going around. Hopefully it doesn't hit any worse until after the race tomorrow. Still felt kinda dreadful today despite it being 4 miles
Workout - 5xk at 5k pace, then 1k at faster than 5k pace. Went 2:52, 2:53, 2:50, 2:51, 2:52, 2:40. I was leading the last one and went out a little quicker than planned at 31, then just pretty much maintained 64mid for the next 800.
