Couldn't put on my launches because they were touching my heel too much so I had to wear my kinvara's. Not a good workout, my achilles tendon bursa sac hurt like none other, but I guess it was slightly better then saturday, it was early in the morning, and just slow. Also kind of mad cuz coach won't email out when we have workouts and yeah. Overall not good. Didn't even feel that tired just couldn't do anything. (800, 400) x 5
