Super happy with the workout today. First time this week I have felt good! 12x400 @65 seconds with 60 or 90 seconds rest, alternating each one. Achilles wasn't bothering me much after the first 2. Went 66, then 10 in a row at 65, and then 63. Then cooled down and watched the springville invite, shout out to all who raced it!
