Workout with the team. Warmed up 2.5, then did 8x1000, then a 500, then finished the last 1000. Best 1000 repeat workout I've had, averaged around 3:04.
3:10, 3:09, 3:10, 3:07, 3:04, 3:04, 3:01, 3:01, 1:29 (500), then 3:04. I got dropped by like 15 seconds on the last 1000 haha they cooked it in. But I am very happy with the workout. I havent ever gotten close to finishing the 10x1000, but today I did 9.5.
