did 8x1k today. I was honestly pretty lost at what pace I would be able to do them at. I was planning on the first one at like 3:15-3:20 then try to hold around 3:10-3:15. But it was a lot better than that. I went 3:11, 3:06, 3:13, 3:05, 3:05, 3:04, 3:09, 3:04. Felt like physically I could have done more, my back was tightening up a bit so I decided to call it with that. Happy with where I'm at and the progress I will have.
