10 more in the afternoon. Coach told me I should go 75 this week, I was planning on 65 so I've got 10 miles to make up... wish me luck
4 miles easy in cedar hills in the morning
2x2 mile in the afternoon. it was too long. averaged 4:54 then 4:52.
felt kinda tired but got 'er done
Super tired, went at like 5:50 in the morning cuz I had a class at 8 in the morning. Super slushy/snowy/cold/windy/early. kinda rough but got it done
