3k race. i'll explain later
Felt pretty decent, breathing wasn't great but it wasn't bad. Legs felt GREAT! went out in 4:27, I feel that I should have gone out with aidan and garnica cuz I feel that I would have slowed down about the same amount, I just was too scared. Felt like I'm finally growing stronger again though so I'm happy about the race, and I should be able to throw down some good times in the future.
10 mile cool down.
