Probably the best run ever cuz I finally got to run with the team and I felt really great today on the run.  .5 warm up with the team then went into Lambert then looped back to the park and then Galen Craik Will and I went and through Redford Run onto Mountain run. Galen and I did an ultra tactical race for poduim which is kicking it in the last about 15 meters.  I barely got him at the line and it felt so good to get moving fast just for that much.

Shout out to everyone who is leaving on their missions and especially Connor, Asa, and Spencer because they all gave amazing and spiritual farewell talks.

Basketball for like 4.5 hours which is brutal.  Haha I was exhausted by the end.  Tons of people came so that made it super sick!  Possibly the last time I see Connor and Asa in 3 years so that is super sad but they will be excellent missionaries!

Haha dude it is so random how we became friends, but I'm glad I got the opportunity to know you. You have been a great friend, and you are an incredible runner, which will no doubt lead to you being an incredible missionary. Keep grinding fam its been real.
