Ran to practice, then did a 3 mile warmup, then 4xmile. went 4:39, 4:38, 4:36, 4:35. Super happy with the workout! Feeling pretty fit! just over 3 mile cool down, and then ran back home. this is possibly my best workout back from my mission.
