Nice easy 6 miles.  To AF and back with a lap on the field.  Had some great "Crali" conversations.  They were hilarious and Craik had some funny sayings. And we basically roasted craik the whole time and just joked about Crali.   "Craik you're alergic to bee's so are you going to need steroids after sadie's with Ali byBEE."  "At least you weren't alergic when you got stung on your mouth so you can still kiss"  and many more. 

Also ranked 17th in the nation... We need to step it up.  Pass Davis, Ogden, and Timpanogos.
