Pretty bad workout today. It was windy and my body was not feeling good. I did it alone because I was up at Weber State. 4 6 4 6 4 6 4 6 4. Went 70, 1:45 70, 1:45, 66, 1:45, 67, 1:45, 69. I couldn't breath and my legs felt bad and the wind so not fast at all.
