Well, 1.75 warmup for the 3200. My breathing was off and my coach thinks I have a misaligned rib. Race went pretty well. Calves were tight after 400 which made me super scared but they didn't really get worse which was a #blessing. Also a way fun kick at the end with the one and only Michael Hinckley! Cooled down 2.5/warmup for the 4x800 which was like 30 minutes after the 3200. I started and randomly my breathing was like opened up which was amazing so I actually split a decent time! 2:00-2:01! Gonna do the run tomorrow and if my breathing stays fine I won't go to the doc. just over 2 mile cool down with a 100 meter sprint that I got gypped on cuz I had to swing from behind in lane 4. still got podium though. Shout out to all the people who raced!!! And shout out to all the cool people I hung out with especially the skyridge squad cuz they're dope!
