Gonna call these fast miles cuz I got a bit excited on my run and only 1 of the miles was above 6 minute pace.  Found out we were supposed to meet in the morning but the message was sent after I turned my phone off so ran by myself after school. We were supposed to go faster pace so went out around 6:45 pace but before the first mile I was already going way faster and felt good so just kept going with it.  avg. 5:47 pace.  Quality stretching after.

Got home and looked to see when we would do strength training next and realized I went a mile short on my run.  Bummer.  I'll probably go 9 tomorrow instead of 8.

you said to me you could "only count workouts as fast miles".

I said I only counted workouts. But this is faster than our 45 min tempo run workout so I'm counting it.
