Well quite a day.  Did the mile and went 4:22 which I was wanting for better.  Kind of gave up the last lap and felt super weak.  I've been kind of burnt out from running.  800 later and gave up the last part as well.  Went 2:02.  Talked to my coach and we're going to change up training for a little bit to get me back fully so excited for that.  Also decided to do the invitational 3200 and not the 1600.  I'll be ready for that.  Also shout out to everyone who raced, but extra shout out to Collin, Austin, and Gan, coming off of injuries and killing it, Collin making progress every week, Austin going 4:31, and Gan for PRing

2 mile warm up, then (600, 400)x4.  Since justin wasn't here I decided to start out more conservative and then build up which was actually really great!  went 1:43, 66, 1:41, 65, 1:41, 65, 1:38, and 64. Felt good cuz it wasn't death straight from the start.  2.5 mile cool down.  Then iced in the river by the golf course cuz the water was running which was a blessing. Excited for arcadia!

Not too good of a workout.  It was at 7:00 in the morning, goal was 8x400 at 65, 64, 63, 62 and repeat.  Went 68, 63, 64, 64, 65, 67, 65, 66.  It was quite chilly and my legs felt flatter than a pancake that was stomped on and then rolled over by a steamroller.  And my stomach wasn't cooperating.

1.5 warmup then strides. Justin lead off and got us in 4th I think. Then Josh held and seth got it in 5th I think but all in a tight group except af. Then seth held and gave it to me with the rest of the group and I was able to hold them off for a second place finish behind US #1 all time American Fork! Split 4:15 is what my coach had me at so new pr and didn't feel that dead so I'm ready to go sub 9 in the 3200!

Not what I was looking for.  Warmed up.  Got in the race and it went out hard.  I was near last and came through in a 4:26, which is too fast.  I would have liked to got 4:32-4:33 and negative split.  Kind of died the last laps and should have pushed through it harder now that I think about it.  I was just soft.  Oh well.  I'll get it next time.

Alpine plus the usual courtesy cones, thanks to Artic Circle!  Then we did some strides and the sprinters were practicing getting out of blocks so Justin and I joined them.  Then we also did a backwards race til about the 25, then turned around and sprinted til the end after that which was fun!  Then Molen asked if we would do a 400 to pace the sprinters at a 60.  Went 60 exact.  Good times!

Gonna do more tonight.  Either 4 or 5.  Also helped at a junior high track meet and got to announce, our coach said to keep it "official" but I still threw in a couple things just for fun!  Good times!

Choke and joke of a workout.  10x400, it was super windy.  Went 64, 64, 65, 65, 65, 66, 66, 66, then idk what I hit for the last 2 cuz courtney made us take off our watches so we couldn't know the times.  Felt super weak all through the day.  In english I was tired after lifting a book out of my backpack so I kind of figured it was gonna be a buckle of a workout.  Cool fact though is Elder Christofferson served his mission in the Argentina Cordoba Mission!  Also there are basically all natives in my mission so I'm gonna be one of very few white people there.  Good luck to everyone racing today!

Church ball regionals was tonight!  Our team won by over 20!  55-33.  Scored 14 points, 7 steals, 4 rebounds, idk how many assists but i think around 5.  Also got fouled pretty hard and hit my head on the wall and landed on my shoulder which it hurts.  Oh well, all for the good of church ball and all the fans screaming at the refs who didn't call a foul on that... smh. Got like 20 minutes of playing time!

Courtney and ryan said just 5 or 6 since we struggled in the workout yesterday.  Went 5.  Then played some basketball after.  Was planning on going to the meet but i have 2 games of church ball tonight in the regional tournament so stayed home for that.

Well basketball was great.  Won both games, one against a team that demolished craik's ward yesterday. We got them 42-40.  Then we won the other one 72-62 which was madi hafen's ward.  Pretty crazy games.  Played around 60 of the 80 minutes and probably got the most playing time of everyone on my team. Got a nice bruise on my knee and hip and some cuts and blisters but all for a good cause.  We're in the finals on tuesday so I'm ready to go win again hopefully!

Juniors were registering for classes and Seth had to pick up someone for something so I just ran by myself.  Started at my house and decided I needed a good mountainy/trail run so I headed up to Bonneville and instead of going on the trail I went up on one of the trails that broke off of it.  Went up about 500 ft. and it was pretty dang steep so got like no mileage from that.  But found a sick trail that went across above Bonneville so took that for a while then it connected on to Bonneville and ran on that.  Pretty enjoyable run.

Shout out to Coach RyBy and Coach Courtney and Riley for killing it in the marathon!

2 mile warmup, 1200, 800, 600, 400, 400, 400, 400.  Wasn't quite the times I was wanting to hit cuz I couldn't breath too well but then I'm going to do a fast tempo mile at the herriman dual meet later today.  Then I also have the regional finals for church ball so all my faithful fans can come support at the church behind blue lemon lol.  Gonna try to bring back the regional championship to our ward.

Paced Craik and Seth in the mile and was told that I needed to push Morgan in her wheelchair in the last heat of guys like 10 minutes after the race so last lap I slowed to an 80.  went 4:49. Quality stuff lol.  Then morgan decided she didn't want to be in the guys heat so I didn't even push her cuz she went home. cool down with Jerry and Seth.

Pleased to announce that last night my church ball team made a 21-31 half time score comback to 62-49 for the regional crown lol.  8.1, did alpine loop kind of speedy.  Felt awful for the first 3 but after that felt a lot better.

Super happy cuz I was exhausted!  lol I know it sounds weird but today I didn't feel weak, just felt like I got a good hard workout which is such a blessing!  10x400 @63, 90 seconds rest.  Went 63, 63, 63, 64, 64, 64, 64, 64, 65, 65.  Pretty tough and I had a stomach ache when I woke up but really happy with how this workout turned out.

Shout out to Watson and Dalpal who I saw at the foreign language fair.

Had spanish A4 but since we missed classes from yesterday for the foreign language fair she let us go make up what we missed.  I had already made up the stuff so I went and ran during that time.  Did Discovery but made a wrong turn so it was slightly different.  Felt fine except the way back was against wind which was brutal.

was supposed to be (600, 400)x5 but it was changed to (600, 400)x4 then 400, 400.  Kind of sick of our coaches cuz they keep telling us to hit times that aren't possible for us.  1.8 cool down cuz my achilles was hurting.

Rock climbing at night with collin and a few others... always a good time!

Drove with steven to bonneville and he went 2.5 out then back.  Seth caleb and I went out 3.5 then had to run back down to the schoool so we got just over 8.  Felt fine first 6 miles but after that my achilles started hurting which was no bueno.

Gonna climb with collin again tonight if anyone else wants to come!

Kind of rough but whatever.  1600, first three laps were fine but my lungs and body was just tired the last lap and went 72 lol.  I probably could have pushed harder but didn't care to. Went near the back the first two, surged to second and was gaining on Patrick Parker the third then just felt weak and tired like the rest of my team. 800, got trapped near the back but then moved up and got 2:02.  Not bad, just annoying cuz I hit 2:02 every freaking time lol.  Shout out to Tyler for leading the first 600 of the 800!
