Good times. Honestly felt pretty bad, and thought it was going to be a rough workout, but my back didn't tighten up hardly at all so it was a great workout! Legs were a bit tired from friday and saturday but happy with the times.

2 mile: 10:13, 1.5 mile: 7:37, .5 mile 2:25.

A good new run! Went out 4.5, first part was on PRT and then we went to Lake loop and then turned on a nice road. Felt suprisingly good!

My back was hurting a little on this one. 2x (mile, 800, 800) 4:59, 2:18, 2:20, 4:58, 2:19, 2:17. or something like that. felt fine until the last mile, my back hurt on that. then my breathing went off but luckily the 800 is short enough that I was able to grind through it. I'll see the chiropractor again on monday so he can fix me up

Good ol' long run. Went canyon and back. Just Mckay and I. It was pretty cold this morning but I knew that after about 30 minutes I would be toasty, so I just manned up and went shorts and long sleeve with gloves. It was also really dark so the dirt trail was a little sketchy cuz I turned my ankle a little
