goal was 3x2 mile. coach had us fat campers do 2 mile, then had us do a mile, rest 800, and do the last 800. Felt alright, my back was tightening up quite a bit though.
Workout. mile, 1200, 800. Back tightened up again which was a bummer. right now my body is just feeling really under the weather. gonna cross train tomorrow, and try to feel a little stronger
Got up to run with the team, but my legs just felt dead so went back to bed and decided it would be more beneficial. The Ryan called me and so I went and ran with him. didn't know how far I was going to go but ended up going over 10 with him.
