Super foggy this morning. Felt decent but was stressed for time.
5.5 in the afternoon. Felt kinda meh.
Nice 2x15 minute workout.
Went 5:27 according to watch. It was through the trees and felt quicker so idk how accurate that is. Second one was 5:15 average. Had a few hills in there.

12 in the am before the national black conference in Philly. I'm wrecked from walking around talking with so many people.
10 in the am before the conference. Nice and slow cuz I was tired. Waking up at 5:30 to run almost everyday is taking a toll.
Don't know if these should be fast miles or not. First mile 6:40. Then the rest under 6:00. Fastest was 5:24, slowest 5:57, average was 5:43.
