Idk what happened last week, just couldn't run. This week should be better.
Plan was 6xmile. fitness felt fine, didn't feel tired at all. I had a blister and my left leg was feeling weird so just did 3xmile all pretty slow.
5 on the g and 5 outside.
10.5 on a nice 5.25 mile loop
