We did a 200 400 600 800 1200 400 400. We were supposed to go 30, 64-66, 1:39, 2:12-2:14, 3:36, 65,65. I ended up doing the first 4 intervals on pace but then I died. I ran a 3:50 for the 1200 then a 69 for the 400 then ryan had me drop out. I have been struggling with all the stuff since I have been sick and haven't been able to keep a good constant pace through the work outs.
