2.1 easy in the morning for a shakeout
few mile warm up.
4 mile race, coach told me before the race, just go out, be patient and then go for it. So that's kind of what I did, I was a little too patient and let Aidan get like a 15 second gap by 2 miles, then I started going, and closed it down to about 5 seconds, then last mile I slowed a bit and the gap got back up to 15 seconds. Most of it was running on my own. So I probably won't go to conference but maybe if I look good, coach said that I could still go to nationals which would be the goal.
