Workout mile, 1200, 800, mile, 1200, 800. None of the times were very quick, i was in the group which suprised me, and we were a lot closer to mantz then I was expecting. Grass was frosted over, it was cold, early, hilly, and basically everything set for some slow times, but good effort. I feel that I'm in a good spot for where I want to be now in order to be ready for march 15.
