2 warm up to the canyon, 2 mile "tempo" back to the school. Then two mile cool down. Tempo was just under 5:30 pace so nothing crazy but a little something back for our legs.
Did strength before. I need to stop doing planks though cuz it tightens up my back and make s it so I can't breath well later. Then alpine loop. Clayson came with us so that was fun!
My mom wouldn't let me run today... She even got upset when I went over to shovel the snow at the church as my priesthood duty. Should be running come monday though.
