Went slower at first keeping the group mostly together then the new guys split off at 2 miles so we went through lambert and up Corkscrew but it's all up hill so we turned around and went through Redford Run and then a couple other trails.  Didn't feel too good starting but eventually warmed up into the run.  Also last mile was a 5:31 lol, we got excited and it felt really good, it didn't even really hurt all that much.

It's on the top of Mount Mahogany. There is a whole swarm of them up there. Maybe you'll see some flying shark road kill.
