UGH. Not a good day. I my throat was killing me the whole day. I started feeling it on Saturday, then Sunday I felt like I had a fever so I took like a 4 hr nap and went to bed early, then monday my throat hurt but distance runs weren't too bad on it. Today we had a speed workout, 800, 600, 400 x2. First set was ok but by then my throat was on fire. Then did the 800 and couldn't do anymore so I cooled down while the other guys finished.
