My legs were exhausted today for some reason. We did 2x (600, 400, 200). Went 1:40, 65, 30, then 1:42, 64, and 31. My hamstrings were super tight which made it quite a struggle. I have to ref tonight but then I'm gonna stretch a lot and roll them out and try to get them to loosen up.
Pm, got 6 more miles from reffing.
