Twas a quality time today.  My tummy was rumbling but my legs felt quite fresh.  Went 71 first lap, in 5th place.  Grant Gardner took it out too fast, going a 68 so I just chilled.  By the mile I moved up past them, coming through at 4:50.  Then I went for it and got a big gap, running basically the last mile completely on my own.  Then last lap my coach said I really needed to go if I was gonna qualify and I threw down a 62, just like last year.  Twas quite a good time.  Excited cuz I qualified for state!

Shout out to spencer who had an insane kick at the end of his 2 mile and placing 2nd in his heat!!!
