Quality time today.  Duel meet with Westlake.  Tempoed the mile, ran a 4:31.  Felt great during that.  Then the real race came along--- the 4x100.  Russell led us off against Tyler mcpherson, then came seth against dom, then I went against seth redford, then craik kicked it in against jackson mcchesney.  Nearly pulled off an upset.  Twas a good time.  Cool down to a dope park, then found "Little Steven" and played some ball with him.  Also won the dunk contest we had with a sick 360 dunk.  

Got a new pr in the high jump.  Twas good.
