Had a dentist appointment after school so I couldn't run with the team.  Wasn't going to run cuz I had 0 motivation for running, but I did some strength stuff.  Then at after eating dinner found a tiny bit of motivation and was able to get me to get started and then from there ran fine.  I ran out to alpine elementary and back.  Got going a bit on the fast side and avg. pace was 6:17.  splits were 6:49 6:26 6:19 6:41 6:11 6:04 6:04 then 5:46, and last .07 was 5:50 pace.  Felt pretty good.
