Had an AP Lang Practice test that was worth 255 points today so I had to miss practice.  Then right after grabbed my reffing stuff and went and reffed.  Got 6.4 miles.  Gonna go later with spencer and Tyler to finish up the mileage.

Never went cuz my knee had bothered me this week and I figured it would be smarter to just bike some and then not run more.

Shout out to Jamison who ran in windy conditions and qualified for the 3200 with a 9:34
