Freakin' exhausting.  Had a campout so got so little sleep, then came home went and reffed a soccer game, got 1.8 miles per half then went straight to churchball which I got some quality mileage probably cuz there were a lot of fast breaks and our team only had 4 players for the first half so we had to hustle on D (not counting this in mileage.  Then a 5th came and we won 61-37 so I think we made it to the championship game.  Then came home and cleaned up my camping stuff and ate a bit then went out running.  Out on Bonneville, making sure not to push the pace.  Went avg. 7:38 which was nice but I was so exhausted I cut off half a mile from the run instead of the full ten.  In conclusion exhausting past 4 days with little sleep and lots of running so Sunday will be quite a nice day of rest.

Haha, I am quite grateful but I think we are going to forfeit the championship game because lots of people including me can't make it which is quite sad.
