10 death miles lol. First 2 felt alright but the muscles that lift the legs were dead and it was a big elevation gain so the rest of the 5 out were tough like 8-9 minute pace. Then we tempoed down which felt good, just 6:15 pace so it wasn't hard. Tomorrow we have the Alpine Days 5k so I'll be looking towards breaking 20 with how my legs are feeling.
