.5 warm up then drills. Then 2 mile warmup then 2 minutes hard 1 easy (x4). Hurt bad and my back was way tight on the last one and couldn't breath well. Went .48, .46 .45 .43 so lol went out a little harder then I should have. Cool down up to 9. maybe more tonight, we'll see.

mile warm up then strides. Then raced. Then 5 mile cool down. Race went well, just stuck behind travis the whole time and tried to make a move on him, kind of died, but then found the energy to kick and beat a guy who passed me on the back stretch.
