2 mile warm up, then (600, 400)x4. Since justin wasn't here I decided to start out more conservative and then build up which was actually really great! went 1:43, 66, 1:41, 65, 1:41, 65, 1:38, and 64. Felt good cuz it wasn't death straight from the start. 2.5 mile cool down. Then iced in the river by the golf course cuz the water was running which was a blessing. Excited for arcadia!
