First workout in a while. We did 8x400. felt kinda tiring but hit decent times. We went around 63-64 and the last one we dropped to just sub 60. We alternated from the grass to the track which was fun. cooled down a lot. I think i'm going to go 70 this week so I'll hopefully double tomorrow and friday but it's gonna get really cold
Pretty chilly run this morning, almost slipped on the bridge because it was completely frosted over.
Pm: did the workout with 880 guys. My back was hurting for the first time since the Danny plater so that was too bad. Still did pretty good for how my back felt. Did 7, 4, 3, 2, 1. I got cooked on that 1 minute one though.... that's why i dont do 880.
