foot felt kinda funny, it was going numb for some reason, and the shoe laces weren't too tight. idk what was up, hopefully tomorrow it feels normal. also I'm an excellent procrastinator, I procrastinated my last 6 pages  of my research paper to tonight and the draft is due tomorrow so RIP me. lol.

Ran at the course. It was fun seeing some old teammates like Jamison and Ali, and also some other friends who were with their teams. 

Just did grass loops. 

BYU qualified and are going to kill it at nationals!
