Good 8 miles to discovery park and looped around.  Real great when we found a whongketball.  Like Connor I may be retiring these running shoes so shout out to his running shoes for retiring the same day as my running shoes.

Didn't feel too good today.  I've been having breathing problems so running is quite tough when you don't get enough oxygen in your system.  In addition my shins didn't feel all too good.  Did a 400 at 75 pace then did 1600 at 5:00 pace, 1200 in 3:40, 800 in 2:18, and 400 in 67.  First 400 ryan told us to go that pace.

Went on the run and felt ok but after 2 miles my shins were killing.  It's been a while since they hurt really bad but today they were dying.  Turned around and made it back.  Iced them.

Biked down to Timpanogas High School.  Did it at a fast pace.  Took me 28 minutes to get there and it's 9.43 miles from my house.  Then on the way back I went slower but did 3, 2 minute sprints on the bike.

Easy biking overall.  Biked with the team so not fast at all.  At one point we split cuz we had to cross a river so I went the road way and they went the dirt way up the hill.  It was a bit tiring doing that part but not that hard.  At the end we went around and ended up coming back to the school and doing strides on the soccer field.  I biked it except a I ran a tiny bit. Total of 10.3 miles.
