Was supposed to be 8 easy miles but we ran up the canyon at a nice pace with craik in the back so he didn't push the pace. Then we were at the top, let people stretch then we saw amanda coming down and we went down with her.  She was going 5:50 pace so we went that pace.  When we reached the bottom we regrouped the guys cuz we lost a lot of them while Amanda ran back to the school.  My knee was tightening up and it started hurting a lot.  It tightened a ton in that break so I had to walk a bit and then I kind of jogged in.  I iced it and rolled up above it hoping it will get better.

I'm really struggling right now with this running.  My body has nothing left.  My knee hurts, my lungs aren't getting full breaths of air, my muscles aren't supporting me, my abs are not supporting me, it just seems like nothing is there. So really bad workout and run.

Some pretty easy miles.  Did two for warmup, then two games of tag then two miles then a mile barefoot.  It was a good time.  My legs felt good today but I was still breathing weird.

Track workout.  Warmed up 2.2 miles workout 1200, 800, 600, 400.  Not too hard of a workout but I just can't run anymore.  My lungs hurt and I felt no muscle in my legs supporting me. So terrible workout.  2.3 mile cool down with stretching at the end.

Coach told me to go less since I've been struggling.  Went first 2.25 with the team then instead of continuing on to the mountain run I went over by healey park and saw a soccer ball so I shot some goals then ran a did a little loop around there then headed back down to the school. Felt ok.  My knee was a bit bad and my shins didn't feel great.  But my lungs felt ok.
