4.2 in the morning, like 8 minute pace cuz I found the pro group warming up for their workout and I joined in the warmup with them.
Workout was supposed to be 2.5 mile tempo, 5 min rest, 2.5 tempo. Went 12:33 for the first tempo, then did a mile of the next tempo, but my back was hurting and couldn't breath so I rested .5 then hopped in the last mile. Kinda dissapointed with my back that it's hurting again.
