Good workout today.  We did 10 400's.  After my dissappointing race I was overall happy with the workout.  I hit 70, 68, 67, 67, 66, 65, 65, 65, 65, 72.  Even though the last one seems bad I was fine with it cuz I started a few seconds behind everyone so I probably ran a 69.  And right before that I had gone to the bathroom in a portapotty which made me feel like I was gonna pass out so I still hadn't recovered from that. Then we did a good 2 mile cool down and walked to the school.  Then we went to ice bath up AF canyon and the girls took our spot but Me howie spencer and trevor ice bathed where the girls were and all the anti-girl boys went and ice bathed somewhere else.

Pretty good run overall.  We did the tramp run and then were gonna play some Whonketball but we decided to run down the murdock canal trail instead which was lame.  Then we cut through a back yard to get to this little side trail that would then hook back up to the canal later. We ran to the canal and headed back.  Then did some strides.  My legs felt much better when we were doing strides than the day before grass relays when we did strides. Hopefully that means that my legs will stay feeling good.

Ran Pre region today.  Started out nice and slow but then we picked it up.  I didn't feel too good.  I'm going in to the doctors to see if I can finally be fixed ever since my track injury.  So overall really disappointing.  But shout out to my team for winning it.  Super shout out to Craik for being our sixth man and winning the tie breaker over AF's 6th dude.

Today I left at lunch to get my blood checked by I don't really think that it is the main problem cuz my legs hurt but might as well.  Then on our run we did Bonneville and then on the way back we stopped at Heritage Park in Cedar Hills and one of the Seminary teachers were coaching his sons soccer team so he asked if we wanted to race them.  We said sure. So we "raced" the little kids (like 6 years old) and they destroyed us.  They are going to be great xc runners when they are of age.  Galen got a close second place but just behind their top runner.

To AF and back plus strides.  Good times.  Some of the results came back from my blood test, iron was on the high end of normal, hemoglobin was high.  B12 and feretin haven't come in yet but I'm guessing they'll be fine also.

Warmed up for the race after watching some of the other races. Then we got lined up for the race. We started off and I went out. First mile was 5:10, second 5:23, and third 5:48. Felt pretty awful like all the rest of the races so ryan is gonna have me take a week off trying to get better.
