Today we did Middle Spring.  It was pretty awful cuz my knees hurt for the first part of the run but then I caught up once my knee had warmed up. My calves were really tight.  Then my shin started hurting and then I slipped and hit my shin and hand hard on some small rocks.  I got a little cut up but it was mostly the hit on my shin that hurt.  Not a good run. We also did a light strength training.  I'm probably going to go on a bike ride later today and do some more core.

Today we did the first part of hogs but then continued on a different trail and went to suncrest and ran down that hill back to the park.  It was a really good run.  I felt so much better then yesterday.  My calves were really tight but it was ok because it wasn't that hard of a run. My knees and shins didn't hurt during the run so that was amazing.  Now I'm getting pumped about running again since I wasn't hurting so bad.

Today we had a hill workout.  It was hard because Lil' Warner wasn't there so I was leading it alone except the first one one of the JV kids, Seth Ririe, managed to keep up for the first 500ish meters but then he had to walk the rest of the hill.  But overall a good workout with consistent times of 2:29, 2:30, 2:29, 2:30, 2:30. 

After we went to help coach ryan move stuff from one model home to another.

Today we did the first part of hogs then went left and went down and did timberline loop. Then we did timberline loop backwards and went around burgess 1.5 times then headed back.  We were still about .5 miles short so we ran around the grass field at Legacy 2 times to bring it up to 8.

We also did strength training after.

Today we did Hogs.  It was good.  We were going to go to sliding rock after but the stupid city is destroying all the forest and stuff there and they were working so we decided it would be best not to go do it.

Today our priest and laurels in our ward climbed Via Ferrata.  It was fun. It wasn't very hard but it was really steep.  We had safety things incase we fell. Some of it was upside down climbing but most was just a really steep up. I'll probably go running later today depending on how my shins feel because they started hurting after yesterday's run.
