Hiked Mahogany at 3:30, slower paced hike cuz the guys I was with weren't all xc kids but it was still stellar.  Decided that I still wanted to run and if I didn't go to xc it would be boring cuz I don't like running alone, so I decided to haul down mahogany and made it to practice on time! Took over an hour and a half to hike up and made it down in 28 minutes of moving time, I'm gonna be feeling it tomorrow.  6.35 at practice, good old black trail.

Just the usual.  Kind of boring.  Thankfully Josh took one for the team and started "pushing the pace" and started going just under 7:00 which was really nice then we started going a little faster til we were low six which felt amazing compared to the 7:45.  3 weeks to the day until I am set apart as a missionary!!  Breakfast at T-Motts after

Started out slower again, then last two miles went 6:20ish which felt amazing!  Gonna do a 5k on the track and gonna try to break 15 next week with Josh and Craik pacing me so excited for that!  Also gonna do a downhill mile, maybe the AF canyon half cuz I think I could blaze a quick time in that and then end my running on the 4th of july 5k up at davis!

Pace was quicker today which was fun! Felt kind of tired but oh well. Legs are starting to feel a little better from running down mahogany but my quads are still wrecked.

Started out extra slow but then we started picking it up.  Went 5.01 with the team then decided to run home and got a little excited that I could go a quicker pace I ended up going 5:30 ap for that part.  Good times though.
