Went 7 and did 2 400's @ 70 pace then kicked it in for fun. then ran back to my house.
went 6 in the afternoon. think I'll probably pace the high schoolers in their mile time trial. I think I'll be running 65's-66's.
Went up the wall... it's like an average of a 24% grade. It's brutal
Went to AF canyon and then decided I didn't want to climb so I flipped around after a mile, and just cruised the rest of the run at a good clip.
