| 2 mile warm up, then (600, 400)x4. Since justin wasn't here I decided to start out more conservative and then build up which was actually really great! went 1:43, 66, 1:41, 65, 1:41, 65, 1:38, and 64. Felt good cuz it wasn't death straight from the start. 2.5 mile cool down. Then iced in the river by the golf course cuz the water was running which was a blessing. Excited for arcadia!

| Not too good of a workout. It was at 7:00 in the morning, goal was 8x400 at 65, 64, 63, 62 and repeat. Went 68, 63, 64, 64, 65, 67, 65, 66. It was quite chilly and my legs felt flatter than a pancake that was stomped on and then rolled over by a steamroller. And my stomach wasn't cooperating.

| 1.5 warmup then strides. Justin lead off and got us in 4th I think. Then Josh held and seth got it in 5th I think but all in a tight group except af. Then seth held and gave it to me with the rest of the group and I was able to hold them off for a second place finish behind US #1 all time American Fork! Split 4:15 is what my coach had me at so new pr and didn't feel that dead so I'm ready to go sub 9 in the 3200! |

| Not what I was looking for. Warmed up. Got in the race and it went out hard. I was near last and came through in a 4:26, which is too fast. I would have liked to got 4:32-4:33 and negative split. Kind of died the last laps and should have pushed through it harder now that I think about it. I was just soft. Oh well. I'll get it next time.
