My calves were on fire the whole time lol.  Was supposed to be 1200 800 600 400 1200 800 600 400 but Courtney saw we were struggling a bit so she had us switch the second 1200 to an 800 and drop the last 600.  Went 3:34, 2:21, 1:41, 66, 2:20, 2:21, and 65.  Then 2.75 cool down and ice.  Calves are so tight I can barely walk rn.  such a joy.

Just 7 cuz my calves were on fire.  They have been since last monday so I'm hoping that taking it easier today should help.

Warm up, then 400's @ sub 65.  The wind was killer.  Got to spike up on the last two but it made my calves kill.  Last one we did 2 200's instead just to go a little quicker.  1.3 cooldown cuz my calves.  But I iced and will roll out later tonight.

Calves still felt tight but looks like I just got to live with it for tomorrow. Easy recover plus strides. Shout out to Gan cuz it's her Bday. Also shout out to Austin cuz he's going to Spain I heard. And to Steven cuz he's going to Tijuana Mexico.

Well, 1.75 warmup for the 3200.  My breathing was off and my coach thinks I have a misaligned rib.  Race went pretty well.  Calves were tight after 400 which made me super scared but they didn't really get worse which was a #blessing.  Also a way fun kick at the end with the one and only Michael Hinckley!  Cooled down 2.5/warmup for the 4x800 which was like 30 minutes after the 3200.  I started and randomly my breathing was like opened up which was amazing so I actually split a decent time!  2:00-2:01!  Gonna do the run tomorrow and if my breathing stays fine I won't go to the doc.  just over 2 mile cool down with a 100 meter sprint that I got gypped on cuz I had to swing from behind in lane 4.  still got podium though.  Shout out to all the people who raced!!! And shout out to all the cool people I hung out with especially the skyridge squad cuz they're dope!

Should have just run on my own cuz it's easier and wouldn't have missed churchball. literally no recover cuz we were flying. avg was 6:18 and that was me backing off and taking the last part easier.
