Hill workout. Went 1:56 then ryan said to slow down to 2:00. Then went 1:58, 1:59, 2:00, and 1:53 lol cuz justin was pushing the pace so I just went with him. Foot killed though.
Tomorrow is gonna be full mileage again I think. 4x2min tempo today. went .43 .43 .43 .41 but the last one was directly against a strong wind so equal in effort. Felt good and relaxed. Just Craik Josh and I. Then we went to the pool and did warm ups and plyos and stuff like that in the pool. Good times.
