steeple drills after. Also first time jumping hurdles, it honestly felt really weird but I'm sure after time of doing it I will get better
stretch, roll out, and ice bath after. time seems to move pretty slow biking and ice bathing so I decided that what feels like 5 minutes on the stationary bike is actually only 1 minute passing by. what feels like 5 minutes of icebathing is 2.5 minutes passing by. what feels like 5 minutes of running is about 4 minutes passing by. what feels like 5 minutes of eating is 10 minutes actually. what feels like 5 minutes of being on my phone is actually 1 hour. lol.
