Workout in the rain. 2.3 miles of warmup and then 1600-1200-800-400-400. 4:54, 3:31, 2:13, 63, 64. 3 mile cool down. Then some strength, and then ice bath. Then we had our xc banquet which was a good time. Shout out to my team for being so great.
