Got to the race and cheered on the JV.  Then watched Josh my brother race in the 7th man varsity race.  Then warmed up feeling a bit bad but not terrible.  Warmed up while Craik was running who had a 200 meter lead on second place.  Then we started off about a minute before Justin finished his leg, in first.  We got out, one guy pushing the pace way to hard so I just chilled back.  We got to the first hill and I was in 5th, passed 2 people going up the hill, then on the next hill which was right next to it I took the lead. Then just let myself go down the hill.  Then just went around the course.  At a mile and a half in I got a bad side ache but I had a good lead on the other guys that it was fine and I was able to keep a decent lead.  Then on the last hill my side ache finally went away and was able to cruise up the hill and down it to the finish.  Not the time I wanted but I was happy, first race back I won in my division. So I was happy about that.  Then I did a 17 minute cool down, then decided to go with Jamison and galen on their cool down.  Got a total of 6 miles cool down and it felt really good. I'm excited for bob firman.
