Track workout. Warmed up 2.2 miles workout 1200, 800, 600, 400. Not too hard of a workout but I just can't run anymore. My lungs hurt and I felt no muscle in my legs supporting me. So terrible workout. 2.3 mile cool down with stretching at the end.
